Hi guys, I want to remove the front clip of my 58 skyliner to do some engine and other repair work. I hear it is pretty easy to remove it in 1 piece, just 11 bolts and some wiring. I found 7 of the 11 bolts, but not the other 4. 2 of the bolts are at the top of each fender and 1 on the bottom. Also, the radiator support has 1 in the middle.Questions I have are, Is this as easy as some people say it is? Has anybody done this before? Where are the other 4 bolts located? I have no problem doing this job, I just wonder if its worth the effort.Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance....Paul

not sure ck the rear of the inner fender along firewall may have a bracket that hold it to frame also halfway down fender you would have to get this from inside car behind kick panel maybe google bolt location or someone on here has done it i'm sure

I have done plenty of 57 fords which are basically the same except around the front bumper area. There is a nut behind each kick panel and a bolt on the rear of the inner fenders that bolts to the firewall .

Thanks for your help guys. I went out this morning and found the locations. 1 nut behind the kickboard, and the other at the back of the inner fender. It was covered with rust proofing, making it hard to find. Just a few more shows to go to up here in Mass, then off with the front clip for the winter repairs. Thanks again....Paul
