does anyone know the thread size on a power steering drag link end where the control valve screws on. tony

Thread size is 5/16 coarse.

The bolt used is slightly shorter than 1" (but a 1" should be fine) with a 1/2 head , 5/16 coarse thread with a flat star washer.

You are probably going to have to measure the size if you have a drag link. There is no size info in cataloging.

Lets be sure that I am understanding what you are asking.

The picture below shows the control valve assemble.

The bolt on the left side (loosened) that holds the control valve onto the drag link is the 1" 5/16 coarse bolt.
The other side (right side) is a 1/4 X 1 1/2 long coarse slotted head screw.

Are these the bolts you ask about ?

Or are you looking for the larger fine thread bolts that hold the idler arm bracket to the frame ?
