1957-60 f100

Did any of 57-60 F100 1/2 ton trucks come with the 8" rear end? I think they only had the 9" or a Dana rear? This is from a 57 f100.

8" weren't made in 57 to 60

No .
You have a 9" . The Dana rear is a 8" rear but the standard 8" rears from the 1960's are different . Those parts will not interchange with each other . The Dana rears were used in the cars in the 50's . The Dana is a very strong rear but can't get any gear sets for them .

Are there numbers on the 9" for gear set identification like the banjo rearends?

Normally there was a metal tag on one of the studs, may be still attached. Other wise count the rotations of pinion shaft to one axle rotation for a guesstament.
