1956 Ford Sunliner convertible Top installation

I assume you are referring to the rear curtain. I generally start in the middle and work outward evenly on top fabric installation. It helps if the top is warmed up. Having a steemer or a heat gun is helpful in working out wrinkles. The quality of the top shows up quick when installing one. Make sure it has all the pads where they are supposed to be. Make sure you have good staple removal tools and don't fully attach until a good stretch is formed. If a wrinkle forms then deal with it before final stapling.

Most convertible tops go on in a similar sequence. If you can't find a you tube that is specific then look for a procedure on any make or model that is similar in shape or style.
