Does anyone have the depth of a stock 11x2 brake drum on a 1956 ford f100 pickup. I bought new ones at NAPA they are 3"made in China they like 5/8" going back to the backing plate. I need 3 5/8" depth I think. Laying on the floor measuring from floor to top of drum wher they bolt to hub. Thanks everyone for your help.

Please proof read your post , I can't figure out what your question is .

My question is lay the drum on the shop floor with the bolt patten up and meaures from floor up to top of drum in the hub hole. The NAPA Chinese drums is 3". My need to be 3 5/8" . I want to know what a original drum meaures is on 1956 ford f100.Thanks.

The drums I have measure just about 3 inches. These are NORS from Southside Obsolete. Is it possible you have the earlier F1 hubs as the offset is about a half inch more than the F100 versions.
