1956 Club Sedan

I have just become the owner of a 1956 Club Sedan with an extra 351 Windsor engine and C6 transmission to go with it. the engine that is in the car is junk, seized solid! What's involved with putting the 351 and C6 in that car? What should I be looking for?

What engine/transmission is in the car and do you want to get rid of it?
