1955 Ford vendors

The only two 55 Ford vendors that I know of where I could get a gas tank from is ...DENNIS CARPENTER....& ....MAC`S.

IS THERE ANY ONE ELSE ? Thanks in advance...John in CT
 
Do a search on ebay, it's where I got mine for my '56, 3 years ago. Can't remember the name of the guy I think he's in Minnesota but he posts stuff frequently for mid 50s Fords.
 
Do you think there is a difference in quality of the tanks listed on EBAY between different vendors on Ebay as the prices are different between vendors ?

Tanks has been increasing the scope of what they make, you may wish to check to see if they are up to 55 yet.
 
The company in Minnesota is called Auto City Classic Glass, 1-800-828-2212, Isanti , Minnesota. They go to all the swaps up here in MN, WI, IA. They have been around for 30 years, I have bought good stuff from them in the past, fair prices etc
 
I would try a company called tanks I got a tank for my 39 plymouth from them and I know they make a huge variety of different tanks for different applications
 
Thanks to all who responded...I have purchased a new tank from "KENNY`S ROD & KUSTOM" in Newton Falls,OH for $200. including shipping. Real nice tank and fits well....John in CT
