1955 crown Vic window felt replacement

After fixing my power windows I noticed that the chrome trim is getting scratched where it glides on the window felt. Anyone know where to get felt, how to attach it, and how the heck you access it to do the work? It looks like a nightmare. I’m not against paying someone to do it either if there’s a recommendation in the Portland Or area.
 
First, spray silicone (not WD-40) onto the felt to see if they will soften. I believe most of the :cool: USUAL SUSPECTS :cool: sell the weather stripping/felt.

The replacement instructions are in your SHOP MANUAL.
 
And Yes, It is a Nightmare, if you're talking about the vertical piece. Matter of fact, it's all a nightmare
