I just picked up a 54 Merc and was wondering if there are any cars out there that you could take the disc brakes off of that would fit on the Merc front end?

Ian, Ford Granada Front disks and spindles are almost a bolt on. You need to move your question to the "Late V8 (1954+) forum for more info.
