1954 Merc power steering question

I'm putting power steering on my '54 Merc and have two idler arm brackets; one is a "AF 3351 A", and the other is a "A J3350 B". Are either correct? Also there are two hex holes punched in the bottom of the frame to help attach the bracket, but no threads and no apparent way to install nuts or bolts. How did Ford do this?? Thanks : Bruce

I don't know a thing about your part numbers, but an answer should show up soon. The factory had nutserts in those two holes. An aluminum gadget that slid in the hole with the threads up inside. When you put in a bolt and tighten it, it clamps on the frame. They are available at the Ford vendors today. I thought they looked a little cheesy, so I welded nuts over the holes.
