1954 ford sunliner "well liner"

I had my new top made here. They have been in business for may years and did a great job with the correct materials (I had mine made with Stayfast). They also make the well liners. For your 54', looks to be $175.

i will contact them monday
my interior guy said that he used to get well liners from acme headling co.long beach,ca.
but not anymore discontinued.
