1953 Splash Apron Color

[charles in east texas]

I think the name of the color of the 53 splash apron is "Argent". Does anyone have the correct name and maybe the paint number. That is the piece that goes under the grill on a 53. Thanks, Charles

it's called Argent Silver, our local auto paint store sold me a pint of their fine silver that they use to mix other colors with. ask your paint dealer for argent, they can help you out.

Thanks for the information. Maybe my paint guy can come up with a formula.
Thanks again, Charles
