Mostly stock 53 hardtop. I have owned the car for a little over 3 years and have not had any issues with it. VIN shows it came from the dallas plant. The engine is stock flathead that appears to have been fairly recently rebuilt but I didn't do it so who knows. oil pressure is 60 cold 35 warm. never gets over 190 degrees in the Texas heat. new master and wheel cylinders, battery, u joints, rebuilt carb, new fuel pump, lowered by previous owner - I think he used a jamco kit up front and 3" blocks in rear. color code is black/ivory exterior coral interior. seats are good but orange. door panels are there and so is the garnish but need material. headliner is coming apart in the back. looks like the black was resprayed and it has some issues - i am told they sprayed the paint b4 the primer was ready and it has spots where it is "fisheyed"?? the area behind the front wheel wells has some bubbles that look like rust forming - PO said they were there the whole time he owned the car (7yrs i think) and they never changed during his ownership - they are still the same. The floors were patched back in the day - sheet metal rivited in. Clean Texas Title in hand. YOM plates.

TTT - went for a drive and the brakes are a little soft - take some oney off for that - say $300 - how about a new price --------- $7698.45!!

ttt - I was gonna start working on this car again but the weather here isn't allowing that. Once I dig into it I am gonna have to keep it - it is pretty stupid of me to sell it for this price so...anyway....if you are interested now is the time.
