Hello I'm new to this site and a bit of a Ford guy since way back i'm a restoration shop in Lincoln Nebraska restoring classics, Muscle cars, vintage race cars, and an occasional Old farm truck! Such as this 53 F-600 I train young guys at my shop to become skilled talented craftsmen and one of the requirements is to restore a piece of Americana like this truck! So here are a few pictures of their work and accomplishment, now it's time to sell it and start all over again with a couple new guys and another old truck awaiting for it's chance to shine again. So if you have been looking for a nice truck to use around the acreage, drive in local parades, use for a company mascot, or just enjoying an old truck at shows and such then consider this great old Ford it has the Mercury flathead V-8 with 4 spd trans and 2 spd rear axle, runs and drives well down the road, the brakes will need a new cylinder sometime it bleeds down after a few days, We basically did a nice cosmetic make over on a good low mileage truck straight off the farm it was still being use yearly for Milo harvest, and it has always been sheded so the wood box that comes with it is in great condition!
