I ran across this car at the cruise-in before the Hemmings Motor News Concours D'Elegance. It caught my eye because of the non-standard side trim for a '52, which I found very attractive.
Unfortunately the owner was unable to tell me whether it was a factory accessory or something aftermarket from the period, but I will say that the weathering on it matched the rest of the trim.
Anyone have a copy of the '52 Ford accessories brochure and want to take a look and see if that strip of brightwork is in there?
