1950 Steering Wheel Horn Wire?

I have a '50 steering wheel I bought on ebay and it came with a horn ring & a three prong ring that has three screws that hold it onto bottom of horn ring. I have looked at sources for parts and found wire and insulator.

Where does wire attach to?

Is there a spring that goes under horn ring?

Yes there is a spring under the horn ring. The horn wire attaches to a screw on the plate in the center. Go to shoeboxford.com for more information as I am sure someone there has pictures of your setup.
