Any one know a good source for coil springs? I need a pair for a 1950 ford car.The last set i bought i think came from somewhere in the northeast,i just cant remember. Thanks Mike

Bought a set of front coils for my 1951 Ford, stock height from Kanter Auto Supply in NJ back in 1988 and they worked out perfectly.

I bought a set from Eaton for my 51 victoria and they made the front set higher than stock. I replaced them with Aerostar springs from Napa, now it sets a little lower than stock but looks real nice. both sets rode good. if I had it to do over again I would just leave the original springs and call it good.
I am tired of changing springs, three new sets and the Aerostar look best and were the cheapest. the Eaton springs did not have the flat area on the top like the o.e. the aerostar does have the flat side and are good quality, they are availble from napa, autozone o'reilys ect. I can,t recommend the Eaton's.
