Do you know anyone with a Ford Ranger or a F-150? Take a look at their jack and it is a dead ringer for the jack you need. The 80's thru late 90's one even had the hoel for the wing bolt to thread into the floor below the filler neck.
The truck had a tool bag, tire iron, jack and handle to crank jack up, pliers, screwdriver ( wooden handle ) wrenches, small monkey wrench with the screwdriver end, spark plug socket and handle. Tire iron. There may be more stuff. The wrenches, monkey wrench were "Ford" script tools. Most of the tools appear on Ebay now and then. The tool bag is being reproduced now. Original jacks are scarce. I found one for my truck and it is identical to one that was in my Ranger. Jack crank is a folding style that folds in 3. A lot of old cab over trucks had this same handle. There is a guy here on the barn that knows Ford tools and has stuff to sell. His name escapes me right now.
The 48-54 or 48-55 parts catalogs list the tools in the accessories section, but no pics.
