Can’t help you with the value, but I think the woodwork interior is great looking, if you decide to sell I would post a lot of pictures of the inside.

Doesn't look like a Ford factory built body. Sure is cool.

Definitely a keeper, thanks for the pics! As for value, I'd have to say it would depend on the exposure an ad got, and this is a good start. You've got a gem there, but with a limited audience, next to zero chance of getting a decent price, which in my opinion should be comparable to what you'd pay for a very straight cab and front clip. Damn shame it was separated from the truck or the value and interest could soar.

Ford vehicles built for the Australian market did have a fair amount of differences. We don't have a lot of Ute bodies or van bodies Iike that here in the US. I'm sure it has a good bit of value to it but I wouldn't know where to start either. A person could make a single axle trailer out of that. Lots of potential there.

Sorry for the very late reply guys, thankyou for the advice. We have posted it for sale so we will see how it goes.

Cheers

Notice that the rear fenders are from a 1941-1948 Passenger car.
Ford Australia never offered a Panel Truck after the 1940 model.
This body is a seperate item, not intergrated with the cab like true Panel trucks.
It was probably built to suit the needs of the buyer, and was removable, like the tray of a Pick-Up.
