Depending on what you're trying to do, a Motor's Auto Repair Manual from the period may be sufficient. Check eBay.

i have my 1952 shop manual from when i worked at a dealership, if thats any help.

The 49-51 Shop Manual has everything that you need for your Shoebox including the convertible. There is a CD version also. flatheadfan has a link and the auction site has them or your favorite 49-51 parts supplier like Mac's or C&G. C&G has either book or CD for $30.00ea.
