1947 Coupe running board mounting?

I’m getting ready to cover and mount the running boards to body. There are seven holes on each side that are threaded.(not counting the major body mount holes.
But, I only have 12 sets of bushings that came in the running board kit. Does anyone have a diagram of how these are laid out? I do have a diagram of the body mount bushings. But not the running boards.

From my ‘46 Mercury with steel running boards (I assume aluminum board mounting was the same???), I have attached photos and a sketch. There were 7 smaller bolts that held the board to the body/sill and two longer bolts thru the body brackets. Also two marzden nuts and bolts to the rear fender and front cowl dogleg. The fasteners in the photos are the original ones that I cleaned and had zinc plated. Rubber pieces are from Bob Drake. Seems like you’re missing a couple rubber washers. If you haven’t yet removed the bolts, I had two or three per side that broke off in the sill. I had to cut the sill from the bottom with a cutoff wheel and weld in new cage nuts. Not fun, but it wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be.

I'm going through this at the moment. What is the thread size for the two body mount bolts that go through the running boards?
One is at the front near the A pillar. One in the center near the B pillar.
Thank you.

All the bolts are 5/16 x 24
Thanks Bruce!
Maybe I’m thinking about this all wrong. Do The rubber bushings for the running board go on the top and the bottom?
Or only on the bottom?

I was thinking, the rubber bushings sandwiched the running board, but maybe not?
If they do not, then I have plenty, but why did so many come in the kit?

See the attached photo of my disassembled bolts. I think you’re asking about the one with the tape around it. I’m guessing 5/16”-24???

The rubber bushings are not sandwiched; they are on the bottom. I believe the rubber cover on the top of the board is sandwiched between the body/sill and the metal of the board.
