1941 Ford Hood hinge

I have a 1941 Ford coupe and trying to get the hood aligned good. I looked at the Ford parts but no luck. Does anyone know where I can find the V8 article on hood hinge alignment. Alco I looked at the Speedway motors hood hinge kit mentioned but they stat it is for 1942 to 48. thanks for any help Jerry

The 42-48 hinges will work on your car and allow the hood to open wider. I've seen this done on several 41's.

If you can get a copy of the 2009, May/June issue of the V-8 Times, there is a two page article on 1941-1948 hood alignment. It can be a real pain.
