In a lean time right now. I'll put this out there.
I'm not looking for trades-
The price is $20K.
The history:
The elderly fellow I bought it from bought it in 1983 from the original owner.
He redid the interior in 84, as well painted it and installed a 48 rebuilt flathead. He was a member of the Vintage Car Club of Canada and attempted to keep it looking stock and original.
In 1994 he lost his eyesight. Since then prior to me purchasing it he had a friend move the car in and out of the heated garage, change oil and work the brakes. He installed rechromed bumpers last year.
Since purchasing it:
I have redone the brakes,
converted to 12 volt
oil change
driven 500 miles
installed diamond back radials- 15 inch.
I have the 16 inch on bias with caps if you want them instead although the bias are very cracked.
installed 5.75 lowering shackles
Panard bar
Exchanged leaf springs to lower it further ( stock springs with #4 placed on the bottom to lower- then bound the springs with the old shackles to tighten the ride.
Installed rare Calnevar beauty rings and moon style caps for a late 40's custom look.
There is no rust in this car. No body filler. Perfect candidate to keep vintage or build an incredible ride. The paint is almost 30 years old, has a few scratches and chips but screams out survivor.

Buy it. Drive it... period.
