1940's-50's ECO wall mount air meter. Overall in decent shape. Sheet metal has some light pitting under the front glass trim. Sheet metal has been blasted and primed. Base is still in raw metal. I was told that this piece is in working order. I have had this for 7 or 8 years...but never tried to see if it does work. The only thing I know is wrong is a brass fitting sheared off at the threads for the drain. easy fix. $400 plus shipping
