1940 steering column floor plate

So I decided to finally put the proper floor plate and gasket on the floor of the old coupe. Heat, oil, water, critters and such kept getting into the gaping hole at my feet. The gasket, is no problem everybody that sells parts has um. But what about the metal plate? There was one right? I know I can make something out of an old license plate but damn, I thought this time I'd put a real part on it.

So anybody have a picture of this elusive part? Or an old one laying around you don't need?

Yep, I find them for the 40 pickup, but not the passenger car. Seems odd this wouldn't be reproduced, especially since they are reproducing complete bodies these days. It's the little stuff that always drives you crazy.

If someone would post a picture of one I'd know what to look for at the swap meets this year. Google hasn't been able to find one for me.

Lets see if the pic comes through, hopefully this helps, if I find extras I will let you know, as of right now I'm all out of these

The floor plate for a F-1 pickup (column shift) or early F-100 pickup may fit.

I haven't found an "extra" but did trace the one I have and can mail it to you if you PM me your address.
