1940 split backrest upholstery

I'm doing my own upholstery and was wondering if anyone knows the finished dimensions of the seat bottom. Basically, what is the measurement from the frame base to the cushioned top so I can make sure the springs are properly compressed in the front and the back.

Are you talking about the Fordor Deluxe back seat? I have my original seat with original fabric (soon to be replaced as I'm doing my own upholstery as well).

The bottom base has the fabric removed and is just the springs, but the top still has all the fabric and cushioning. Is there anything I can measure for you from that?
 
I can measure the seat in my 40 Tudor . It has the original upholstery on it. I believe the Tudor seat is the same as the Business Coupe in that aspect.
 
It's actually a 1939 Standard Coupe, but the seat is from a '40 according to the tin manufacturing tags that are still on them.
