I have a complete set of 1940 style rear backing plates, brakes and drums, no other emergency brake hardware, I took them off a truck I purchased. everything looks to be pretty new. the wheels cylinders, brakes, bearings and drums all look to have low miles. the grease they used on the bearings is not even dirty. the drums do not have any lip to them. $200.00 plus shipping.
