I have upgraded the front brakes on my '40 Ford car making the original brakes available... There is only 800 miles on these brakes since the original restoration was finished. The brake hoses were new as well as the brake shoes and all the parts were cleaned and painted...the brakes worked fine and they are ready to install on your early V8...even the ecentrics are adjusted properly and the drums look very smooth like they have been machined. All studs and threads are good too. New bearings and seals are there and covered to keep them clean.
