1940 ford convertible

I'm putting 40 convertible together,I need to know where and what the 3 braces that hang down out of the rear seat go ? rear floor has been replaced so don;t have a clue where they belong ? Thanks
 
If you are talking about the three braces that are at the bottom of the rear seat and vertical, they are attached to three (respective) "tabs" that are welded to the floor.
The tabs are threaded 5/16" fine thread. Bolts are installed from the front.
