I'm the 4th owner of this original 40 coupe with 54,800 original miles. It's 99% rust free, solid and runs and drives like a new 40 Ford. It is an original early production model so the hood and pass door are a tight fit. Even has original trunk mat, all straight slot screws, original color was cloud mist gray but was re-painted by second owner a long time ago. Everything works except clock, even the wipers work. It has a gas heater but not hooked up. All the rubber seals are good in the car. Engine has double the oil pressure the gauge reads, 180 degrees all the time, voltmeter works correctly, gas gauge works correctly too. The only mods are the car has reversed eyed springs and a dropped axle. 750's tires in the rear and a Strombery 97 carb. Seat has a unique upholstery. The car was undercoated a long time ago so everything looks great under the car. Dual exhaust with Red's headers. Still 6 volts but the engine starts great all the time, hot or cold days.
