1940 ford 2 door sedan seats

I posted for sale 1940 2 door sedan seats, but one member didn't think they were, can anyone identify the seats by the seat adjustment handle ? Thanks

Duece......that sure does not look like my '40 Seat ! My adjustment lever is right next to the support bracket that mounts to floor. It's tucked on the inside of the bracket and adjusted by lifting up on it from the front and not the side. Maybe that is home made !

The back rest cushions look like 38-39. It is not a 40 seat. The seat adjuster lever is not correct for 40.
