1940-41 heater switch wanted

Looking for a 1940-41 heater switch. My heater is dated December 1940.
This is the type that reverses the motor for either heat or defrost.

FYI, the 46-48 heater switch will also work, and may be a little easier to find. There's one on eBay now: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1930s-40s-F...Parts_Accessories&hash=item25774e845b&vxp=mtr. To be correct, you'll have to switch the knob. Larry Caplan in CA has them.
