1939 Window Crank Out Mech ???? Help ID

I got this in a box of parts, they guy
told me it was for 1939 Ford....I don't
know them well enough to know....
Can anyone here pin this down for me ????

I never had to have mine out. But from what I can see it looks right for 39

Needs the arms and hinges that attach it to the base of the windscreen.

It looks like my 39 pkp. windshield crank except the arms to windshield frame are missing. SUNSHINE

As far as I know the only car that has the top crank is the 39. I am not sure if any trucks had a top crank

It is identical to the regulator in my 39 pick-up except it is missing the aforementioned second segment of the arms with the flanges that pivot and attach to the windshield frame.

It is similar to my 39 pickup. Your gears appear to be the die cast type, as mine are the stamped steel type . I had a problem with worn cogs on mine, but was able to build them up with MIG and re shape them. I believe the difference is in early and late styles.
