1939 Ford V8 Barrel Nose Pickup. This is an original California truck with local history back to the early 50's.
A '53 8CM 125HP flathead was installed 60 years ago and is now rebuilt and installed with new clutch, but not fired up yet. The front end is rebuilt with new king pins, bushings, spring liners, etc and painted in POR15. The body is solid with no rust other than rear tips of back fenders. There is minor damage to the right front fender, easy bodywork. The beds on these are always rusted out and replaced with wood, but this one is rock solid and original.
New glass all around. Comes with 50's radio. I'm told the headlights are rare aftermarket upgrades. Comes with some spare parts. Needs brakes, electrical, cooling and fuel systems gone through, etc. I have too many projects and I'm running out of steam, so I'm reluctantly letting this truck go. Clean title and current registration as non-op.
