1939 Ford Pickup wiring

Everything is fine except the lighting system, I can’t seem to find where it’s powered from any help would be appreciated thank you

Doesn't your steering box have a light switch clamped-on at it's bottom end? That would be controlled by the rotary switch surrounding your horn button. If so, that switch is likely fed by a yellow/red wire being fed by a fuse. Look at the TRIANGLE in the UPPER LEFT of the drawing below. That represents the 3-position light switch in the Mac VanPelt-furnished drawing. Does this help? DD
