1939 cowl vent handle assembly needed

During the restoration of my 39 deluxe convertible coupe the cowl vent handle assembly used to lock the vent closed has been misplaced. I am in need of a replacement. Also, would a handle assembly from a 40 bolt in as a replacement?

i compared a 40 one i have with the one in my 39 deluxe and they are different.i have a 39 parts car with assembly but its too damn cold to check it now. if you still need one in the spring give me a call. mark 607-693-1082.
