1938 ford standard club coupe

I own a 1938 ford standard club coupe with the Tudor (long) doors .this is an Aussie build vehicle,on the firewall are stamped the letters and numbers:
S81C-250 and I am trying to match these up with some type of ID but not having any luck,does anyone have any clues ?
