1938 ford fenders

I have fenders for a 1938 standard and a 1938 deluxe I think?
Can someone give me some insight on the pictures?
I believe the blue one is a 1938 deluxe because of the way it drops off at the back and the black is a 1938 standard more of a slope at the back !!
What do you guys think??
