1938 Ford Door Lock

Just replaced my Door lock with a new repop-my old one did not have a key-the internals in the door only turn a half turn and do not lock or unlock with new Door Lock-any ideas -Thanks

Ok-used some penetrating oil and let it sit for awhile-Lock now works like a champ��

I just rekeying a lock that was frozen solid and had no key.

Removed the cyclinder by unscrewing the placement set screw.
Placed it in a glyceran deruster (used evapo rust) for a week.
Flushed it with wd40.
Had a old key blank keyed to numbers on cyclinder by a key smith.

Works great.

It's baffling to me why people seem to rush to the repops so eagerly.

The repop works fine now that I got the locking part inside the door to rotate. I went to the repop until I can get my original rekeyed. Thanks Guys
