1938 ford brakes

on hooking up my emergency brake cables I discovered an emergency brake control lever missing on the left side. These are hyd brakes but not Bendix brakes. I have most all early ford catalogs but can't find a part number for it. Everything I look at shows Bendix brakes. Also a picture of how it was installed would be awesome. Tks Mike

After scratching my head I looked up 39 ford brakes. Low and behold I have 39 Ford brakes on my 38 ford coupe. Thank you for looking to help! Mike

Comes as no surprise. That conversion has been done a million times on pre-39 Fords!

A 5-Star brake shop will do it.
Even a 5-Star non-brake shop will do it, as was done on my '33.
. . . . . Stops on a dime".

* the original mechanical brake rods are still there! The shop kept the original linkage with the '33. with hydraulic lines & master cylinder professionally installed.)
