I pulled the rear backing plates for cleaning and didn't note the position of the flat side of the center ring that bolts to the backing plate. Is there a correct position for this ring? Thanks for any help!
I presume you mean the grease catcher with the 4 bolt holes also used fo mounting the backing plates. The side with the largest lip goes on the bottom.
