1937 Pickup Passenger Tail Light Bracket

This surely debunked #11. We need to be mindful that some of us may have knowledge but none of us are experts!

I didn't know about Washington requiring two taillights in 1937. I have had two sold new in Washington pickups, and both had just one taillight.

Hmmm... ya got me thinking.
Passenger cars in Washington and Pennsylvania were required by the state to have two tail lamps. I should have been more specific in my earlier post.
Trucks? Commercial vehicles? That I do not know.
These two trucks you refer to; did YOU buy these new, so you know firsthand this was how they were sold?
Buying a truck that (example) is thirty years old, well, lots could have been changed.

Kube, one was purchased by my grandfather, which I got in 1966 with 30K on odometer. The other was purchased by a grocery delivery store, last licensed in 1966.

37 truck, would you post a few images of one or both trucks? I'm sure that I'm not the only one that would like to see them.
Thanx,
Tom

hear is a photo of my left side tail light, i got the bracket from Sacramento vintage ford years ago, i got more photos, i will post them
