Have a 1937 motor in for rebuilding.Engine was bored out to .040 and crank was .010 under.Work was done many decades ago.Block is very usable. The guy rebuilding will bore it out to .060 and crank is .020 under now.I have just discovered that oversize main and rod bearings are next to impossible to find for this engine.Any help is appreciated. Are there sources beside normal vendors?Any oversize parts out there?Feel really bad my first post on updated site is a problem like a solution.Thank,Gary

I have gotten Main and Rod Bearings from Red's Headers. The Mains are not too bad BUT the Rod Bearings are a bit pricey to say the least. I also think Speedway has bearings.

If you watch on E-Bay and have a Ford Parts Book, I have seen NOS or NORS Bearings for the Flatheads for a fraction of the going price BUT you have to know what you are looking at.

You may also want to post a WANTED AD on the Barn.
