What are the dimensions of the '37 ford windshield frame? (Height & width) Please measure the height at the middle and at the ends.

Measurements were made on the outside edges (with the rubber behind the edges)

Height from center to 17 inches from center is 13 3/4 inches

Width from center: At the widest is 22 1/2 inches (double for total width)
2 inches from bottom is 22 inches
2 inches from top is 21 inches

Not sure I am clear on one part of your post. What is the height of the windshield frame at the very center? The reason I am asking is that, according to a couple of friends, a coupe I have been looking at has the had the top chopped. I don't think it looks like it. The center height from top of frame to bottom of frame at the very center is approx. 14 1/4 inches. It looks great, but I would like to know.

I just measured a '37-'38 frame I have, and it is 13.75" total width at the center.

Thanks, Lanny. Guess the coupe, which I went ahead and bought, is not chopped. Great little coupe put a smile on my face even if it had been chopped. Thanks again for the information.
