The dimensions for the 1937 panel are not listed in the EFV-8 C/A 1937 Ford Book because it is a "commercial" body type. The Ford Production Facts book (by Francis and DeAngelis) does not list them for the Sedan Delivery body proper, only to say that the body style is based on the passenger car. I would imagine the wheelbase, track, width and length are the same as the passenger car.

Would it be the same size as a pickup?

I believe that the 37 panel delivery (commercial size) has the same wheel base as the 37 passenger vehicle. Here is a dimension drawing for a 35 panel delivery, which is similar in size to the 37 panel.

The 1/2 ton panel is same frame as the car and sedan delivery.
