Pair of unused 1937-40 design rear shocks rescued from a Ford dealers stock room many years ago, and dry stored since. They may need rebuilding or you may be lucky and find they are OK. I'll be happy with $45 and you pay postage. Also have three others all for same side, $20 + postage, each.

What is the diameter of the bodies? Should be close to 2 7/8" if they are 37-40. Any markings on the arms?
 
The pair have a diameter of 3 1/8. Two of the three others that I have are diameter 2 7/8. The other single is 3 1/8. I identified them by the pattern on the housing which I saw in a Ford Parts book illustration, but it appears maybe that was not an accurate way to do it. They are not rusty. I do not have a camera. and I am computer challenged old timer so have difficulty responding to the private messages. My eMail is barnstuf@comncast.net which I may have forgotten to put in my ad.
