Greetings everyone. I pulled my 1936 Ford 1.5 pickup out of the garage to drive for a while, and have been thinking about some upgrades.
One thing that is nagging at me is the lack of sun visors. I have seen some examples with obviously modern shades, but I don't want to go that direction.
There are two holes at each end above the windshield. I guess those might be related to the old vacuum wiper pump, but I don.t know.
I have a stack of old shades from various old cars, but they all have the standard three hole mounting.
I was thinking about fabricating a stainless rod that goes al the way across, with flanges to mount to the two sets of holes, and the shades mounted onto the one long bar.
does anyone have any suggestions?
