Is it possible to repair an Oil Baffle clip? Or is it better to just replace it?
Any good sources?

Thanks,
Andy

I am, by FAR, a flathead expert BUT I have had flathead motors from 1932 to 1937 apart and reassembled and I have never seen anything like what you have posted. Following this one!!!!

There are two of these oil baffles (Part No. 48-6524) in the valve chamber in 1935 and 1936 engines. It might be easier to find one to replace it, but a repair isn't too hard - just depend on your skill level. It shouldn't be too hard to find another one, especially since a used one should work just fine.

Bale wire the baffle.

I actually just found someone on Marketplace with some early Ford odds and ends. Was parting out a block and happened to have both deflectors. Now I have a spare.
