1936 Ford tools

I have all the tools and I put them in the trunk. The smaller tools are in a tool pouch but the larger tools like the jack, jack handle, tire pump, etc. are just laying in the trunk. I can't imagine that when you bought a new 1936 and opened the trunk you would find the tools scattered around the trunk.
Does anyone know where they are supposed to go other than scattered all over the trunk?

Alan, I am nearly certain they were placed beneath the seat cushion.
