1936 Ford Sill Plates

Just purchased a pair of Dennis Carpenter Sill-Scuff Plates for my 36 Roadster which had none. These are supposed to fit 35-36 5 Window, Roadster, Phaeton and Fordor. As you can see from these picture I have a body bolt at the rear of the door sill on the body but not at the front, just smooth there. And the plates have holes front and rear. Can anyone share a picture of how the sill plate attaches at the front? I assume when this car was restored, the builder left out a bolt and just smoothed over the hole. Also like most other repop parts it looks like these are going to require some trimming to fit right.
Thanks,
Mark

Update: Success. For reference for anyones else installing these, I had to take a big piece out of the rear section about 1.5" x 2" and shape the front edges to make them fit. Also you don't have to have the front bolt as they fit tight to the body. I'll add those later if needed. Pictures attached.
